Maitiro
- Geza chana yakanyoroveswa uye kumanikidza bika kwenguva ye4-5 muridzo.
- Zvichakadaro, kupisa mafuta mupani yekutsvaira. Mwaka uine bay leaf uye kumini mbeu.
