  • Ginger- 1 inch (minced)
  • Garlic pods- 4 (yakasungwa)
  • Tsvuku tsvuku upfu- 1tsp
  • Turmeric- & frac12tsp
  • Cumin upfu- 1tsp
  • Chibage mhiripiri- 4
  • Cardamom pods- 2
  • Sinamoni inonamira- 1 inch
  • Clove- 4
  • Mafuta emasitadhi- 4tbsp
  • Ghee kana kujekesa bata- 1tbsp
  • Munyu- sekuravira

Maitiro

1. Fry the rice in ghee for 3-4 minutes on a low flame uye chengeta parutivi.



2. Soak the whole spices pepper corns, cardamom, sinamoni stick uye clove mumvura.
