Maitiro
1. Muchidimbu, wedzera hupfu hwese hwechinangwa, semolina, turmeric poda uye wokanya hupfu hwakapfava uchishandisa mvura shoma. Sevha kusvikira mukanyiwa wave munyoro. Chengeta parutivi kwemaminitsi makumi matatu.
