2. 1/2 kg Tapioca maparera (akanyoroveswa mumvura husiku)
3. 1 Kg Ash Gourd (yakatemwa uye ikasvuurwa)
4. 1 kg Hanyanisi
5. 1/2 kg Green Chilies
6. 1 mukombe Jeera
7. 'yaAsafoetida (sarudzo)
8. Munyu sekuravira
Aralu Sandige Kugadzirira:
1. Kuchenesa, nyudza Aralu uye dhonza mvura yese yakawandisa nekusvina mumucheka wakachena.
2. Dzakakora dzichikuya Green Chilies, Ash Gourd nemaOnion.
3. Mumudziyo, wedzera iyo nyoro aralu, yakanyoroveswa tapioca maparera (yekusunga), pasi musanganiswa, munyu, jeera uye asafoetida. Uyai nemusanganiswa kuti mubike.
4. Kana musanganiswa uchinge wave kufashaira, bvisa mudziyo kubva mumoto wosiya padivi kuti utonhorere.
