  • Nutmeg powder- pini
  • Ghee / mafuta- 3tbsp
  • Coriander mashizha- 2tbsp (akachekwa kuti agadziriswe)
  • Maamondi akachekwa- ekushongedza

Maitiro

1. Geza huku zvakanaka nemvura wozopuruzira nekajira kicheni.

2. Gaya maarumondi nemukaka mumusanganisi kuita mutete wakakora.

3. Marinate zvidimbu zvehuku ne yogati, tsvuku chilli upfu, munyu, turmeric upfu, ndimu muto uye munyu. Refrigerate uye chengeta kwemaawa mashanu kusvika matanhatu.
