- Coriander upfu- 1tsp
- Garam masala- 1tsp
- Munyu
- Ghee- 4tbsp
- Mvura- 1 mukombe
- Coriander mashizha ekushongedza
Maitiro
- Shamba uye cheka howa muzvidimbu.
- Gaya ginger, garlic uye green chillies pamwechete. Gadzira bota uye wobva wawedzera madonhwe mashoma emvura kuita pfundo rakakora.
- Pisai ghee mune kadai (pani). Wedzera hanyanisi uye furaya kusvikira dzashanduka kuita dzegoridhe. Zvino wedzera ginger, garlic uye green chillies namatidza uye saute pane yepakati murazvo.
- Wedzera akachekwa capsicum, madomasi nekusasa munyu. Sanganisa uye gadzira pane yepakati murazvo kwemaminetsi maviri.
- Mwaya turmeric poda uye tsvuku chilli upfu. Sangana zvakanaka.
- Zvino, dira mvura uye wobva wawedzera akachekwa howa mupani. Sanganisa uye fambisa zvakanaka. Pheka pamurazvo wepakati kwemaminetsi 4-6 (kusvikira iyo girafu yasviba zvishoma uye howa hunowedzera).
- Wedzera garam masala. Sanganisa uye isa pani pamurazvo.
